、1954年11月30日 - )はアメリカ合衆国の経済学者、政治家。
クリントン政権後半期に第71代アメリカ合衆国財務長官(在任：1999年 - 2001年)を務めた。
財務長官退任後はハーバード大学学長を務めていたが、2005年に女性が統計的にみて数学と科学の最高レベルでの研究に適していないとした発言が引き起こした論争によって、学長を辞任した。
2009年、オバマ政権の国家経済会議(NEC)委員長に就任(2010年末に辞任)。
